Job Title: Experienced Lettings Negotiator
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 basic (DOE) | OTE £38,000 - £45,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm | 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9:00am - 1:00pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a busy, fast-paced, and highly regarded city-based estate agency in Cambridge. Key Responsibilities
- Registering and qualifying prospective tenants
- Conducting property viewings and providing detailed feedback
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Managing the lettings process from enquiry through to move-in
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Generating new business opportunities and assisting with market appraisals where required
- Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures
- Contributing to team targets and overall office performance
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator is essential
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Professional and personable approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
