An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a busy and rapidly growing estate agency office based in Cambridge city centre. This is a fantastic role for a motivated and driven individual looking to progress their career within a high‑performing environment, offering strong earning potential and a supportive team culture.
Please note: Previous estate agency experience is ESSENTIAL. Applications without relevant industry experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities- Registering and qualifying buyers
- Conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Managing the sales process from offer through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Generating new business opportunities
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency (essential)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Target-driven with a proactive approach
- Well presented and professional
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
- Basic salary: £25,000 - £27,000
- On Target Earnings: £35,000 - £40,000
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Only 1 in 4 Saturdays (9:00am – 1:00pm)
