Overview
A Business Support Coordinator is required for a renowned property company based in St John's Wood. It is essential that the successful candidate has a minimum of one year's property administration experience. Lettings experience is preferred, though strong sales administration backgrounds will also be considered. The position is fully office‑based, five days per week, supporting a high‑performing team with first‑class organisational and administrative capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Coordination — Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, ensuring a professional, organised and efficient working environment.
- Lettings Administration — Prepare tenancy documentation, compliance packs, referencing coordination and move‑in files.
- Sales Support — Assist with sales progression, AML checks, memorandum of sale and client liaison where required.
- Client Service — Act as a polished first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries in person, by phone and via email.
- Database Management — Maintain accurate CRM records, update property files and support data integrity across the business.
- Marketing Support — Assist with property listings, brochures, window displays and online uploads.
- Team Support — Provide administrative support to negotiators, managers and senior leadership.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of property administration experience is essential (lettings preferred; residential sales admin considered).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, confident manner.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Familiarity with property software such as Reapit, Jupix or Dezrez is advantageous.
- Proactive, dependable and team‑focused approach.
Salary & Working Pattern
- Salary: Up to £32,000
- Working Pattern: Office‑based, 5 days per week
