Summary
- Basic Salary: £31,000
- OTE: £70,000

The Role
As a Senior Mortgage Advisor, you'll provide expert mortgage and protection advice to customers while working closely with a successful estate agency network to maximise referrals and business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing tailored mortgage and protection advice to customers
- Managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion
- Building strong relationships with clients, estate agency colleagues and lenders
- Promoting protection products to ensure customers receive comprehensive financial advice
- Generating new business through referrals, repeat clients and proactive networking
- Working towards and exceeding individual sales and protection targets
- Supporting and mentoring colleagues where required
- Maintaining full FCA compliance at all times
About You
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor is essential
- CeMAP qualified (or CAS status)
- Proven track record of achieving mortgage and protection targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially driven with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Professional, organised and self‑motivated
- Full UK driving licence is essential
