Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and vendors, delivering exceptional customer service throughout their property journey.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers and support clients through the sales process.
- Progress sales through to completion, liaising with all parties involved.
- Work closely with our in-house Mortgage & Protection Advisers to maximise cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Lettings teams to identify additional business opportunities.
- For Senior Property Consultants.
Helping to drive branch instructions, providing outstanding vendor care, and maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
About You
We're looking for someone who has
- Experience in estate agency, sales, customer service or hospitality (depending on the level of appointment).
- Previous estate agency experience is essential for Senior Property Consultant applicants.
- A full UK Driving Licence.
- A self-motivated, target-driven approach.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A professional, personable and commercially minded attitude with high levels of integrity.
