A well-established, high-performing estate agency in Goring-on-Thames is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to take full responsibility for a busy and successful residential sales office. This is not a sit-behind-the-desk management role. It’s for someone who leads from the front, sets the tone, drives standards and delivers results.
You will have overall accountability for the performance, profitability and reputation of the branch. That means owning the numbers, setting clear targets, monitoring KPIs and making sure the team consistently delivers against them. You’ll be winning instructions, conducting valuations, negotiating deals and ensuring pipeline is progressed efficiently through to completion. At the same time, you’ll be coaching, motivating and developing your team to raise performance across the board.
This role requires strong commercial awareness and the confidence to make decisions. You’ll be proactive in generating new business, building relationships within the local community and ensuring the branch remains visible and competitive in the Goring market. Maintaining high standards of customer service, compliance and operational efficiency will be part of your day-to-day responsibility.
Success here is about leadership with credibility. You’ll need a proven background in residential estate agency, a track record of hitting and exceeding targets, and the ability to inspire others to do the same. Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and the resilience to operate in a fast-paced environment are essential. You’ll also need to be organised, IT-literate and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once. A full UK driving licence is required.
If you are currently a Branch Manager looking for a stronger platform, or a proven Assistant Manager ready to step up and take full control of your own office, this is a genuine opportunity to make your mark and build something special.
