Branch Manager

We’re looking for an ambitious and experienced Estate Agency Branch Manager to take the reins of a branch in Southend-on-Sea. If you’re driven by results, passionate about property, and skilled at motivating a team, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do as a Branch Manager

• Drive the branch’s performance to exceed targets and expectations.

• Manage and inspire a team of property professionals to deliver exceptional service.

• Oversee valuations, listings, and sales to ensure seamless client journeys.

• Leverage your local market knowledge to identify growth opportunities.

• Build strong client relationships and maintain our reputation for excellence.

• Proven experience in estate agency management.

• A natural leader who can motivate and develop a high-performing team.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Deep understanding of the Southend-on-Sea property market.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Competitive basic salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £70,000
