We're recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a busy residential lettings portfolio in Alton. You'll be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, keeping tenancies running smoothly, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring compliance is always on point. - Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties from move-in to move-out
- Handle maintenance issues: logging, instructing contractors, and seeing works through to completion
- Liaise professionally with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Coordinate renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy agreements
- Oversee inspections, inventories, and check-outs
- Ensure compliance across key legislation (gas safety, EICR, EPC, deposits, Right to Rent, etc.)
- Manage arrears conversations and support rent collection where needed
- Keep accurate records and update the CRM/property management system
