An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experiencedSenior Sales Negotiator to join a highly regarded and well-established independent estate agency operating across North Norfolk.
Our client has built an excellent reputation within the local property market and is known for providing a professional, personable and highly knowledgeable service to its customers. Due to continued success, they are now looking to strengthen the team with an ambitious and motivated property professional.
The Opportunity
Based in the agency's Sheringham office, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the sales operation, working with buyers and sellers throughout the property journey.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already has experience within residential estate agency and is looking to join a successful independent business where they can develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and progressing residential property sales from offer through to completion
- Conducting property viewings and providing knowledgeable advice to prospective buyers
- Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and other property professionals
- Negotiating offers and working towards achieving the best possible outcome for clients
- Maintaining regular communication with vendors and providing updates throughout the sales process
- Carrying out applicant qualification and matching buyers to suitable properties
- Generating and following up sales leads and enquiries
- Supporting the wider branch team to achieve individual and office targets
- Providing a consistently high level of customer service
- Ensuring properties are accurately presented and marketed effectively
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will need a proven track record in a similar role.
You will be confident dealing with clients, buyers and vendors, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and have a genuine passion for property.
For the Senior Sales Negotiator level, our client is looking for someone with a proven track record within residential sales who can demonstrate strong commercial awareness and the ability to consistently achieve results.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys working within an independent environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional service to clients.
