Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator - SW London
Location: Tooting, South West London
Job type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: £25,000 basic per year, plus commission
OTE : £55,000+
An independently owned estate agency serving Tooting, Streatham, Mitcham and the wider South London area. The business has more than 25 years of local experience and offers residential sales, lettings and property management services.
We're looking for a professional and motivated Senior Negotiator to join the team at our Tooting office. You'll help deliver excellent customer service to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants, while supporting the day-to-day running and presentation of the office.
What you'll do
- Manage sales and lettings enquiries and respond promptly to customers
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Keep property owners updated and provide regular viewing feedback
- Negotiate between landlords and tenants
- Help market properties for sale and to let
- Create and maintain attractive window displays
- Carry out general office administration
What we're looking for
- A professional, organised and customer-focused approach
- Strong administration and time-management skills
- Confidence communicating and negotiating with a range of customers
- Motivation to succeed and progress your career in estate agency
- A full driving licence and your own car
Hours and benefits
- Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, with a one-hour lunch break
- Occasional Saturday cover when the Saturday negotiator is on annual leave
- 20 days' holiday, plus bank holidays
- £25,000 basic salary, plus commission
- Full-time, permanent position
