This self-employed opportunity combines autonomy with access to marketing, technology and central support, helping you focus on winning instructions, building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
The opportunity
- Earn up to 50% commission on completed business, with uncapped earning potential.
- Develop your own local territory.

Support to help you grow
You’ll have access to an established brand, premium listings and a database of more than 400,000 contacts, alongside:
- Rightmove and property portal advertising.
- Professional photography and floorplans.
- Social media marketing, email campaigns and digital lead generation.
- A Business Development team booking valuations.
- An in-house CRM and sales systems, with mobile tools for working on the move.
- Central marketing, operations and administration support.
- Lettings support, mortgage referrals and legal partnerships.
You’ll also join a network of experienced London property professionals, with regular networking and social events.
Who we’re looking for
You’ll bring experience in London residential sales or lettings, strong local market knowledge and the motivation to build your own business.
You should be confident winning instructions, developing long-term client relationships and delivering a high standard of customer service.
This opportunity could suit a Senior Negotiator, Valuer, Branch Manager or Associate Director ready for greater autonomy. We also welcome enquiries from existing self-employed brokers and boutique agency founders seeking additional infrastructure.
