Lettings Negotiator - Loughton
Location: Loughton, Essex
Salary:Basic Salary £24,000 + Commission
We are looking for a confident and driven Lettings Negotiator to join a successful and well-established independent estate agency in Loughton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced property environment, building relationships with landlords and tenants and, most importantly, doing deals!
The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for:
- Registering and qualifying prospective tenants
- Conducting property viewings
- Matching applicants with suitable properties
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Following up enquiries and generating new business
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants
- Working closely with the wider lettings team to achieve targets
- Keeping up to date with the local lettings market
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident, personable and professional
- Target-driven with a strong sales mentality
- An excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Organised and able to manage a busy workload
- Experienced within estate agency or lettings - preferred
- Knowledgeable about Loughton and the surrounding areas - advantageous
- In possession of a full UK driving licence
