Raymour & Flanigan, a billion dollar furniture retailer based in Liverpool, NY, is currently seeking an entry-level Human Resources Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This exciting opportunity requires an enthusiastic, passionate and service-oriented individual. This position requires accurate and thorough work in a fast paced environment.
Key Behavioral Attributes and Experience:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with other departments and outside vendors
- Discretion with sensitive, confidential information
- Receive and field all incoming phone calls to the HR Department
- Professional communication skills
- Answer general HR questions and respond timely to all inquiries
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Distribute daily/weekly/monthly reports and mailings
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years' experience in a professional environment
- Associates degree in related field preferred
