Raymond James | Private Capital Advisory is a preeminent secondary advisor that works closely with buyers and sellers to provide independent, unbiased expertise. We are seeking a talented Analyst to assist with deal origination, execution and management. We are prepared to train you in Private Capital Advisory and invest in your career as you learn and grow your experience base. This position is based in London.
Responsibilities
- Client-facing role, which will involve communication with a large number of institutional investors
- Conduct initial deal screening and origination work
- Assist with secondaries market advisory including deal origination, analysis and execution
- Perform industry and company-related research for transactions and market research
- Preparation of marketing materials for various deal types
- Other duties may be assigned as needed
Requirements
- Strong academic track record
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient user of Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- A passion for client-facing / personal communication based role
- Hardworking, entrepreneurial and self-starter
- Candidates must be detail-oriented, pro-active, self-motivated and be able to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Required Experience
- 1 - 2 years relevant experience (e.g. secondaries advisory, investment banking, valuation advisory, alternatives investment management, investment consulting)
