We're looking for an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join our Financial Planning team.
In this role, you'll provide technical expertise and support to Financial Planning Advisors, helping to deliver high-quality financial planning solutions and excellent client outcomes.
Working with both clients and colleagues, you'll play a key role in producing suitability reports, conducting research, analysing complex cases and supporting the end-to-end advice process.

What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare high-quality suitability reports, recommendations and client review documentation.
- Conduct technical research across pensions, investments, protection and estate planning.
- Support Advisors throughout the financial planning process.
- Gather, maintain and analyse client information using internal systems.
- Liaise with clients, providers and professional connections as required.
- Work closely with administration teams to deliver an excellent client experience.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Contribute to the development of paraplanning processes and best practice.
- Support the production of management information and reporting.
- Mentor and share knowledge with junior team members where appropriate.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.
What We're Looking For
- Significant paraplanning experience within a financial planning, wealth management or private client environment.
- Strong technical knowledge across key areas of financial planning.
- Experience supporting high-net-worth and complex client cases.
- Excellent report-writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience using financial planning and cashflow modelling tools.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work proactively.
- CII Level 4 Diploma qualified (or equivalent), with progression towards Level 6/Chartered status preferred.
