We are looking for a proactive and highly organised
Marketing Coordinator to join our collaborative Marketing team.
This role is responsible for providing administration, coordination, and operational support across a broad range of marketing activities, helping to deliver impactful campaigns, events, communications, and business initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
You will gain exposure to a variety of marketing channels, internal teams, Financial Advisers, suppliers, and business partners, providing valuable insight into a leading wealth management business.
Key Responsibilities
- Branch Support, Workflow Management & Administration
- Act as a key point of contact for branch and business marketing requests.
- Coordinate marketing projects and ensure activities are delivered within agreed timelines.
- Manage the marketing inbox, prioritising and allocating requests effectively.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including Compliance, to support the review and approval of financial promotions.
- Maintain project trackers, status reports, event calendars, and workflow management systems.
- Produce monthly KPI and performance reports relating to marketing activity.
- Support branches with marketing best practice guidance and day-to-day marketing queries.
- Review marketing materials to ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance.
- Assist with the creation, formatting, and production of marketing collateral.
- Events Coordination
- Support the planning and delivery of a range of corporate events, including:
- Raymond James Annual Forum
- Hosted and co-hosted client events
- Industry conferences and networking events
Responsibilities include
- Coordinating event logistics and administration.
- Managing event platforms, registrations, and attendee communications.
- Developing event timelines, schedules, and project plans.
- Liaising with venues, suppliers, and catering providers.
- Supporting the production of event branding and promotional materials.
- Maintaining GDPR-compliant attendee lists and communication records.
- Monitoring attendance data and producing post-event analysis and reporting.
- Helping to create a positive attendee experience from invitation through to event delivery.
- Marketing Materials & Communications
- Support the development and maintenance of client-facing and internal marketing materials.
- Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Assist with content creation, copywriting, proof-reading, and image sourcing.
- Support the distribution of marketing communications and updates.
- Maintain presentation templates, reports, and branded business documents.
- Keep marketing materials accurate, relevant, and up to date.
- Promotional Items & Brand Assets
- Coordinate the ordering and distribution of promotional merchandise and branded materials.
- Manage inventory levels and maintain stock records.
- Research new promotional products and supplier options.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure cost-effective and efficient ordering processes.
- Help maintain a consistent and professional brand presence across all materials.
- Digital Marketing Support
- Maintain and update content across the company intranet and digital platforms.
- Assist with website content updates and online marketing initiatives.
- Support the management of social media channels, including Linked In.
- Ensure digital content remains engaging, accurate, and aligned to brand standards.
- Monitor and maintain digital content libraries and resources.
- Support relationships with external suppliers, agencies, and service providers.
- Maintain supplier records, contracts, invoices, and service documentation.
- Track contract renewals and service agreements.
- Ensure supplier information is managed accurately and efficiently.
- Compliance & Governance
- Work closely with Compliance and Branch Supervision teams to support the approval of marketing communications and financial promotions.
- Ensure all marketing activity adheres to internal policies, industry regulations, and governance requirements.
