Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Provide day‑to‑day support to clients, including suitability reviews, account openings, engagement letters, amendments, closures, post handling, and payment instructions.
  • Deliver ongoing relationship management to clients who do not have a dedicated Charles Stanley Investment Manager.
  • Contribute to the improvement, automation, and development of systems and processes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Ideally educated to degree level, or with a minimum of two years’ experience in the investment industry.
  • Strong academic background (A and B grades at A‑level or equivalent) with GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
  • CISI Investment Advice Diploma (Level 4) is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience in financial services is beneficial but not required.
  • A genuine interest in investment management and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
