You’ll lead our national Intermediary Partnerships function, driving growth through high‑impact relationships with top IFA firms, Nationals, Networks, and Service Providers.

The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of our UK partnership strategy, expanding and deepening a panel of strategic intermediaries while ensuring every relationship aligns with our broader commercial priorities.
You’ll lead a high‑performing team of Partnership Directors and Executives, oversee our Investment Sales Desk, and act as senior relationship owner for key national partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead national partnership strategy and deliver growth through high‑quality intermediary relationships.
- Develop and implement the UK Intermediary Partnerships Strategy in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Identify and secure new strategic partnerships across key IFA firms, Nationals, and Networks.
- Act as senior relationship owner for priority partners, strengthening long‑term, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Build strong connections between Raymond James senior leadership and senior stakeholders across target firms.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performance intermediary team.
- Partner closely with Marketing to align campaigns, events, and initiatives with partnership objectives.
- Represent Raymond James at partner events, industry forums, and joint initiatives.
- Oversee planning and delivery of national roadshows, seminars, and events.
- Collaborate with Investment Strategy, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain deep knowledge of our product proposition and investment philosophy.
- Provide market insight, competitor intelligence, and intermediary trend analysis to inform strategy.
- Ensure robust MI, performance tracking, and reporting frameworks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience working with IFAs, Networks, or intermediary businesses, with strong understanding of their operating models.
- Demonstrated success in developing and growing strategic partnerships within wealth or asset management.
- Strong track record of delivering commercial outcomes through relationship‑led strategies.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate priorities into actionable plans.
- Experience in business planning, performance management, and resource allocation.
