The Front of House team is the welcoming face and voice of Raymond James Wealth Management. This team plays a vital role in shaping positive first impressions for clients, visitors, and colleagues, ensuring every interaction reflects our professionalism, values, and client‑focused approach. As an ambassador for one of the UK’s leading wealth management firms, you will help create a warm, efficient, and inclusive environment for everyone who visits or contacts our offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, professional, and welcoming front‑of‑house experience for all visitors
- Ensure reception and meeting areas are well presented and appropriately equipped
- Manage meeting room bookings, including coordinating catering and AV requirements
- Operate the telephone system professionally, responding to calls and enquiries promptly and accurately
- Act as the first point of contact for new business enquiries, providing clear and helpful information
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and switchboard guides
- Provide administrative support to the Property & Facilities team, including reporting and intranet updates
- Support access control administration and uphold security procedures
- Complete required training and maintain CPD standards
- Assist with team initiatives and carry out other reasonable duties as needed
Qualifications & Experience
- Around 3 years’ experience in reception or front‑of‑house roles, ideally within professional or financial services
- Experience using meeting room booking systems and switchboard operations
Skills & Capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
