Are you an experienced Financial Planner ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for technically strong, client-focused Financial Planners to help develop our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you will provide high-quality financial planning to clients of Raymond James. In this role, there is no requirement for a pre-existing client bank.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver expert financial planning and wealth management advice to private clients.
- Build and develop a client bank using external sources (solicitors, accountants etc.) and by developing new relationships both internally with Investment Managers, as well as through external referrals and personal contacts.
- Mentor other team members, supporting complex cases and driving professional development.
- Act as a technical resource and second opinion for planners across Raymond James.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure outstanding client outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of advice standards and planning propositions.
What You Bring
- Level 6 CII (or equivalent) qualification.
- Chartered status, or working towards, preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience delivering holistic financial planning advice.
- Strong technical knowledge in pensions, tax, IHT, trusts, and protection planning.
- Proven leadership or mentoring experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
