Are you an experienced Financial Planner ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for technically strong, client-focused Financial Planners to help develop our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you'll provide high-quality financial planning to clients of Raymond James. In this role there is no requirement for a pre-existing client bank.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver expert financial planning and wealth management advice to private clients.
  • Build and develop a client bank using external sources (solicitors, accountants etc.) and by developing new relationships both internally with Investment Managers, as well as through external referrals and personal contacts.
  • Mentor other team members, supporting complex cases and driving professional development.
  • Act as a technical resource and second opinion for planners across Raymond James.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure outstanding client outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of advice standards and planning propositions.

What You Bring:

  • Level 6 CII (or equivalent) qualification.
  • Chartered status, or working towards, preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience delivering holistic financial planning advice.
  • Strong technical knowledge in pensions, tax, IHT, trusts, and protection planning.
  • Proven leadership or mentoring experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
