Are you an experienced Financial Planner ready to take the next step in your career? Join Raymond James Investment Services as we expand our Head Office Financial Planning Service. We\’re looking for a technically strong, client-focused Senior Financial Planner to lead and shape our growing team.

This is a hands-on role where you\’ll provide high-quality financial planning to clients introduced via Raymond James branches. In this role there is no requirement for a pre-existing client bank.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver expert financial planning and wealth management advice to private clients.
  • Lead and mentor a team of planners, supporting complex cases and driving professional development.
  • Act as a technical resource and second opinion for planners across Raymond James branches.
  • Collaborate with branches to ensure outstanding client outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of advice standards and planning propositions.

What You Bring

  • Level 6 CII (or equivalent) qualification. Chartered status, or working towards, preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience delivering holistic financial planning advice.
  • Strong technical knowledge in pensions, tax, IHT, trusts, and protection planning.
  • Proven leadership or mentoring experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
