Are you a detail-driven operations professional with a passion for precision and process? Raymond James Investment Services is looking for an Operations Administrator to join our high-performing team.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operational engine—managing reconciliations, client fee processing, and static data maintenance, while supporting a wide range of internal systems and regulatory processes.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily reconciliations of internal systems to custodian records (stock, cash, book costs, prices).
- Manage corporate actions, ensuring accurate postings and book cost updates.
- Oversee client fee production (monthly, quarterly, ad hoc) and fee system administration.
- Maintain and update static data including securities, pricing, ISA eligibility, and office setups.
- Monitor transaction reporting and resolve failed reports in line with regulatory standards.
- Produce management reports and support performance reporting systems.
- Administer the electronic transfer system (Altus) and maintain stock watch lists.
- Collaborate with custodians and data providers to streamline data integration.
- Support ad hoc projects and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Solid experience in reconciliations and financial operations.
- Knowledge of retail financial services, investment management, or stockbroking.
- Familiarity with GIA/ISA/SIPP/OPB products and various security types (equities, ETFs, fixed income).
- Understanding of corporate actions, transaction reporting, and nominee structures.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
- Industry qualifications and knowledge of Pershing (UK) systems are a plus.
