This is a fantastic opportunity for a consultative, relationship-focused B2B sales professional who enjoys meaningful outbound conversations and is not looking for a high-volume call-centre role. Our client is a values-driven business that places genuine emphasis on quality over quantity. You’ll take the time to research before each call, ensuring conversations are relevant, informed, and human - not scripted or automated. This is very much a “less is more” sales environment.
The Role
Working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, you’ll focus on building new business while developing long-term relationships with clients. This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, takes initiative, and understands the importance of collaboration within a wider team.
- Proactively engaging with new and existing B2B clients
- Conducting outbound sales activity in a consultative, relationship-led way
- Researching prospects ahead of conversations to ensure relevance
- Managing enquiries and converting opportunities into new business

About You
