This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced B2B sales professional who enjoys leading by example and developing high-quality, relationship-led business development activity. The Role

Working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, you’ll combine hands-on business development with day-to-day leadership of a Business Development team. You’ll focus on generating high-quality appointments for New Business Executives while supporting, coaching, and motivating the team to perform consistently. This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, takes initiative, and understands the importance of collaboration and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities
