If you’re a recruiter who enjoys building strong candidate relationships, working closely with hiring managers, and delivering high-quality placements - this is an opportunity to join a growing tech recruitment team in a delivery-focused role with real ownership. This position is ideal for someone who prefers the candidate and delivery side of recruitment, values quality conversations, and wants to be part of a business that prioritises long-term relationships over transactional volume. Perhaps you are already a 360 recruiter, who loves working with existing clients and candidates but purely wants to drop the new business sales element. Alternatively, this role can initially be either a delivery-only, but with the opportunity to become more client-facing over time for those interested in growing in that direction.
