This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced B2B sales professional who enjoys leading by example and developing high-quality, relationship-led business development activity. The Role
- Working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, you’ll combine hands-on business development with day-to-day leadership of a Business Development team.
- You’ll focus on generating high-quality appointments for New Business Executives while supporting, coaching, and motivating the team to perform consistently.
- This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, takes initiative, and understands the importance of collaboration and people leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading consultative, outbound B2B sales activity
- Creating high-quality sales appointments for New Business Executives
- Researching prospects ahead of conversations to ensure relevance
- Managing your own pipeline and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Identifying key decision-makers
- Supporting and managing the BD team day to day, including performance and wellbeing
- Sharing best practice and reporting on team performance
- Working closely with colleagues to support business growth
About You
- You’ll have experience in outbound B2B sales and a proven ability to build trusted, long-term relationships.
- You’re confident in having conversations without a script and comfortable balancing personal targets with team leadership.
- You’ll also:
