We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organised Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our small but ambitious marketing team.
The Package
- £26,000-£30,000 basic

The Role of the Marketing & Events Coordinator
Marketing Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate internal campaign logistics (e.g. newsletters, comms, engagement campaigns)
- Track deadlines and assets for email/social campaigns (delivered by others)
- Liaise with stakeholders (Ops, Innovation, Training) to source quotes, stats, imagery
- Manage the task management system (Motion) and SharePoint folders
- Update and distribute branded templates, briefing forms, SOPs
Events & Award Entry Support
- Plan and execute events (internal and external)
- Own event logistics, venues, supplier coordination, timelines, and budgets
- Create design briefs for event stands and collateral
- Research non-traditional event opportunities (e.g. webinars, campaigns)
- Compile post-event wrap-ups with outcomes and learning
Charity & Engagement Coordination
- Support planning, logistics, and communications for charity-led campaigns
- Coordinate content and photos from regional offices
- Liaise with charity partners and ensure message alignment
Podcast & PR Coordination
- Schedule podcast guests, prepare content briefings, and manage logistics
- Assist in distributing press releases and marketing materials to PR partners
Platform Admin Support
- Manage administrative access to LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Cross-check lead data for completeness in Salesforce
The Person
- 2+ years’ experience in a marketing or communications coordination role (in-house or agency)
- Basic understanding of marketing workflows, campaign operations, and stakeholder communication
