- Translate operational achievements into compelling, structured narratives
- Work with stakeholders to gather evidence, data, and supporting detail
- Ensure submissions are clear, persuasive, and aligned to judging criteria
- Conduct structured interviews with Operations, Sales, ESG, and senior stakeholders
- Extract stories, insights, and data from across the business
- Proactively identify content opportunities (client wins, innovations, events)
- Work closely with the Marketing & Events Executive to capture content from events, sites and campaigns
- Brief designers clearly for visual support where needed
- Work within Motion and SharePoint to manage content workflows and assets
- Maintain a structured content library (case studies, messaging blocks, reusable content)
- Deliver work to agreed deadlines with minimal supervision
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years’ experience in a content or copywriting role (B2B preferred)
- Strong experience writing structured, persuasive content (case studies, long-form, or similar)
- Ability to take raw information and turn it into clear, compelling narratives

- Ability to manage multiple pieces of work simultaneously
- Understanding of SEO basics and content structure

- Hybrid working (3 days in Coventry office, 2 from home)
Why Join Us?
