The Opportunity An opportunity to join one of the market leaders in professional support services in Europe has arisen for an experienced Bid Coordinator to support the bid process by managing essential administrative tasks. The Package * 25k – 30k Basic Salary * Bonus * Hybrid * 35 days holiday per year (including bank holidays) * Contributory Pension * Full Benefits Package The Role * Act as the primary coordinator for all tender and bid processes, ensuring internal teams are aligned and deadlines are met. * Monitor and apply for business opportunities through multiple client portals. * Distribute enquiries and opportunities to the sales team as needed. * Complete Supplier Questionnaires (SQs) and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) by liaising with relevant departments to gather necessary information. * Support the sales and operational leads in meeting deadlines, following the strategic sales process, and ensuring compliance * Review and proofread tenders, proposals, and submission documents to ensure quality submissions. * Oversee and manage bid submissions, ensuring all required elements are completed effectively. * Assist in drafting and maintaining standardised responses for use in tenders, improving the efficiency and consistency of bid submissions. * Maintain and update the bid library with relevant and up-to-date content. * Track and manage PQQ and tender submissions using the tender tracker. * Respond to enquiries from the sales team, colleagues, and clients regarding current and historical tenders/proposals. * Maintain bid records, sales documents, and the live bid tracker within the CRM system. * Support business start-up activities as required.
