Back in 2016, Sean Rayment started up Rayment’s Vehicle Servicing and Repairs. By focussing their efforts on quality, Sean and his team built up such a loyal customer-base and good reputation, that 2019 saw the business relocate to Townsend in Soham. Fast forward to 2026 and Rayment’s is swimming in success, with continued forward thinking and high standards still very much the priority of the business. They are at the forefront of the industry, and whilst still having the advantage of being an independent business, they are also utilizing OEM tooling across multiple brands.

From diagnostics to the finishing touches, the technicians are meticulous, ensuring that every vehicle leaving the garage is a testament to their commitment to quality. Sean is now on the lookout for the final piece to his puzzle of automotive experts. This busy but close-knit team are excited to welcome an experienced Vehicle Technician to bridge the gap between their Diagnostic Technician and their Service Technician. What you MUST bring with you:

  • Minimum Level 3 Qualification
  • At least 3 years’ experience, preferably of working on a wide range of vehicles

What your daily duties will involve:

  • Completing initial vehicle safety checks
  • Addressing and repairing mechanical or technical problems
  • General Repair work which can range from basic to complex and will include advisories from MOT’s and services
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy workstation
  • Logging accurate records of any works, repairs, parts used
