Sous Chef
Epsom, Surrey
£35,000 – £37,500 DOE
45 hours per week – straight shifts
Live-in available
This charming period Hotel is nestled in Surrey's picturesque countryside. Conveniently situated close to Leatherhead, Epsom, Woking and Guildford.
This extensively renovated Hotel, Bar & Restaurant boasts panoramic views offering a perfect backdrop for a delightful dining experience.
With new meeting & event spaces, they are ready to host meetings, events and weddings etc.
They are looking for a Sous Chef that is enthusiastic and creative, who ideally has a similar background, and experience in a hotel kitchen. As Sous Chef, you will be expected to work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that every aspect of the service runs smoothly, and in their absence take control of the kitchen. You must have a good working knowledge of every section of the kitchen and also have previous experience training junior chefs. As Sous Chef you will work closely with the Senior Hotel team, you must have good kitchen management skills and be committed to providing a high level of cuisine and service at all times.
