Senior Chef de Partie
Outskirts of Chelmsford
£36,000 package
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Chef de Partie to join a leading Gastro Pub in Essex. This food led operation is headed up by an excellent, well respected Head Chef who has won numerous awards for his modern and technical approach to food.
The Restaurant:
Busy well-known Gastro Pub serving up to 250 covers on a busy service, the food produced is to a 2AA Rosette standard is a mixture of modern European ‘fine dining’ and modern pub classics with a twist!
The Gastro/Restaurant is also featured in the Michelin Guide and has recently been awarded Michelin Bib Gourmand

The Role:
Our Client is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie packed full of energy and enthusiasm, a passion for cooking, hardworking, but also has a great sense of humour to keep the happy, enjoyable vibe of the team going.
As Senior Chef de Partie you will be happy to run and maintain your own section, you will listen and take orders but also have the ability to effectively communicate with all members of the team
The successful Senior Chef de Partie must have a passion for food and is capable of cooking to a high standard and becoming a valuable member of the talented and established team whilst possessing the desire to always push themselves!
