Job Description

Rayment Recruitment are looking for Relief Chefs to join our catering teams across Essex. Working weekends only, you will have a passion for working with fresh ingredients and amazing hospitality.

We offer excellent hourly rates depending on experience and the option to join the company Pension Scheme.

The ideal candidates will have:

  • Previous Senior Chef experience.
  • Food hygiene Certificate.
  • Excellent knowledge of all HACCP, COSHH and Health and Safety in the workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
  • Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the kitchen at all times.
