Property Litigation Paralegal/SolicitorSouthendSalary range £30,000 – £80,000 depending of experience

Rayment Recruitment are seeking an experienced Property Litigation Paralegal/Solicitor for a reputable law firm in the Southend area.

The successful applicant will have up to 3 years PQE and have experience in residential Landlord and Tenant possession and Debt Recovery.

Experience in Residential Possession Proceedings is essential.

The sucessful Paralegal/Solicitor will preferrably have the following experience/skills

• Be able to manage your own Case load
• Residential Landlord and Tenant
• Commercial Landlord and Tenant
• Land disputes (trespass/ easements etc)
• Contract dispute
• Debt Recovery
• Professional Negligence
• Employment
• Contentions Probate

This role offers hybrid working.
