A magnificent Gastro Pub located on the outskirts of Bishops Stortford, Essex is looking for a confident pastry chef to work alongside their talented brigade. You will have the freedom to create your own menus, experiment with your own ideas, and be creative with new menus.
This fine dining AA award winning gastro pub is seeking the talents of an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join its stable brigade. You will be creating fine Modern European Cuisine and everything is prepared fresh on the premises. You will be working 5 days a week, with a mixture of straight and split shifts available.
You must have fine dining experience or have worked for a minimum of a two rosette establishment to be suitable for this position. As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be working under a Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of your section. There are great opportunities available.
You must have had at least 2 years’ experience at this level and be willing to show this in a working trial.
