Our retained client is looking for a Medical Case Screening Administrator who is clinically-minded, organised and a compassionate individual. You must come from a medical background as you will be the first point of contact for our clients affected by medical procedures.
The Role of Medical Case Screening Administrator consists of:
- Take calls from new clients regarding medical issues.
- Review and establish new cases to see if clients have a relevant claim and if it is worth pursuing from a legal stance.
- Take meetings over the phone or via Zoom calls to establish evidence for new and continuing claims.
- Present claims and evidence to senior staff to determine if the claim is valid.
- Type up notes and documentation for senior personnel.
- Dealing with any client’s enquiries.
