The Role
- Preparing and presenting high-quality desserts, pastries and baked goods
- Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation
- Managing your pastry section during service
- Working to high food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Supporting the wider kitchen team when required
We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef in a hotel, restaurant or gastro pub
- A passion for fresh food and attention to detail
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work split shifts
