Financial Adviser Role:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering bespoke financial planning and investment advice.
- Conduct in-depth financial reviews to understand client needs and objectives across pensions, investments, tax planning, and estate management.
- Develop and present holistic wealth management strategies, aligned with regulatory standards and client goals.
- Collaborate with in-house specialists including tax advisers, portfolio managers, and legal experts.

Financial Advisor Requirements:
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent); Chartered or working towards Chartered status preferred.
- Proven track record of client retention, asset growth, and delivering exceptional service.
- Strong knowledge of investment markets, tax planning, retirement strategies, and estate planning.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
