An enthusiastic Commis Chef is required in Suffolk for this local gastro pub with rooms, with a kitchen headed by a talented and enthusiastic Head Chef. They require a Commis Chef who is passionate, dedicated and eager to learn about seasonal, fresh produce. They are producing a very high level of cuisine which is all sourced locally and only the best ingredients used. As our Commis chef you will be looking to move into a kitchen where you can learn all about flavours and textures and you will be taught all the modern techniques in order to produce cuisine of this standard.
The Role:
Our Client is seeking a passionate Commis Chef packed full of energy and looking to progress their career and really get their teeth into great fresh food cooking.
As Commis Chef, you will keen to learn from and work alongside the brigade Chefs; and you will have a good working knowledge of a commercial kitchen.
You will be keen to show your knowledge of food and creative flair, and be ready and willing to learn from your senior chefs whom will always be will to teach and help grow your career.
We are looking for a Commis Chef who:
- Has Passion and creative flair, with a love for food

Qualification/Skill Required
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience working at this level
