Job Description Head Chef – Fresh Food Pub – Colchester Job Type: Full-time, Permanent A popular, well-established traditional pub in Colchester is looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead its busy fresh-food kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented, hands-on Head Chef with a passion for quality ingredients, classic pub food and delivering a consistently great experience for guests. You will take ownership of the kitchen, leading the team through busy services while maintaining high standards of food, hygiene and profitability.
