Sous Chef – Immediate Start Dunmow Up to £35K DOE Temporary Live-in can be provided We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a privately owned and poplar gastro pub based near Dunmow. This gastro operation is set against a romantic country backdrop, and is a favourite of not just local, but also traveling custom. The Restaurant Serves a traditional pub classics The restaurant offers a cosy and rustic dining experience Conveniently situated close to Dunmow, Bishops Stortford, Harlow and Chelmsford The Role As Sous Chef you will be expected to work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that every aspect of the service runs smoothly Supervising and supporting other staff. Be a competent and comfortable running the team when left in charge. The ideal Sous Chef We are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated professional chef Good all round kitchen skills, Attention to detail and a real passion for food. You will have kitchen management experience with a can-do attitude to work and must be prepared to & muck in where needed. Will have a minimum of 3years experience at this level Benefits Salary up to £35K DOE Good Tips 48 hour working week Mixture of shifts
