We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a leading accountancy practice based in Essex on a full time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a growing business and take on a key role in the payroll team. If you have payroll experience in either an accountancy practice or bureau then we would love to hear from you. As a Payroll Administrator your duties will include: * Processing multiple payrolls including weekly, bi-weekly, 4 weekly and monthly * Nominal ledger reconciliation work in respect of PAYE accounts * Processing of net pay through multiple bank accounts * Processing and submission to various pension providers including Nest, Peoples Pension etc * Preparing CIS returns We are looking for a Payroll administrator with experience of CIS returns and also Sage and Excel knowledge. You must be a good communicator as you will be required to liaise with client regarding pay rates, and also deal with HMRC queries, staff changes and ad hoc matters.
