We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to join the talented kitchen team at a privately owned luxury country hotel set along the beautiful Suffolk Coast. This award-winning hotel is renowned for its high-quality dining experience, exceptional service, and beautifully presented dishes. The hotel features an elegant restaurant, private dining, weddings, and conference facilities, attracting both local guests and visitors from across the region.
As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will work closely with the Head Chef and senior kitchen team to produce outstanding desserts, pastries, breads, and afternoon tea offerings for the hotel's restaurant and events operation.
