We have a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-known, award winning 2AA Rosette establishment on the beautiful Suffolk Coast, which has an excellent reputation for their fine food and service. They have won numerous awards and are well regarded in the county for their level of service. This venue is offering a 4 day working week with Sunday off every week.

We are seeking an experienced, ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join the talented brigade in this modern restaurant with boutique dining rooms. The kitchen uses only the freshest ingredients sourced locally and produces quality dishes at a 2 Rosette standard.

Our client requires an enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef, with a passion for fine food, who is capable of cooking to a high standard, whilst possessing the following qualities:

  • Be confident in providing high quality food to large numbers
  • A desire to improve and grow their cooking skills
  • Well-presented appearance and excellent communication
  • Able to develop and help other members of staff
  • Be confident in preparing quality Rosette food

The ideal Junior Sous Chef will see this as a long term appointment and have a desire to progress within the brigade. This venue is accessible from Aldeburgh, Southwold and Saxmundham, and a car driver will be preferred.
