Our Client, a AA rosette hotel and events venue, are looking for an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join their expanding brigade. Set along the Suffolk Coast, this venue provides spectacular views and remains busy year-round catering for tourists and locals alike. Using only the finest locally sourced ingredients, this venue serves outstanding British cuisine in their modern restaurant and relaxing bar and terrace. With multiple food outlets on site, they cater for all, with a classic bar menu, an afternoon tea overlooking the grounds, and a brasserie for evening meals.
The successful Commis Chef will be passionate about seasonal produce, ambitious, dynamic and a real foodie. As Commis Chef you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and his team in the day to day running of the kitchen which will include stock control, support in menu planning, health and safety, a great opportunity to progress within this team.
