We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to join an existing brigade of passionate and enthusiastic chefs in a modern gastro pub, producing quality dishes using only the freshest ingredients.
This modern Restaurant, based in the outskirts of Chelmsford, are seeking an enthusiastic Chef de Partie who ideally has a high-volume, fresh food background, is creative and passionate in their cooking and who is looking to move into a professional kitchen. The Restaurant has a vibrant feel and can serve up to 200 covers per service, and all food is sourced within the area from excellent suppliers. The Menu is Modern British in design and there is also a specials board which changes daily depending on what the suppliers have in fresh on that day.
The ideal Chef de Partie candidate will be dynamic, motivated and eager to learn from an experienced and passionate Head Chef. You will ideally be experienced in all sections and have a flair for creating new and exciting dishes using fresh local produce. You will also have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar establishment and ideally be able to handle high volume and fast paced services.
