Our client is a popular Gastro Pub, serving some of the county's finest food, and they are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie for their busy venue. Their kitchen is led by a talented and creative Head Chef, and they currently hold accolades for their high-end cuisine. They require a Chef de Partie who is passionate, dedicated and eager to learn, and as Chef de Partie you will be looking to move into a kitchen where you can learn all about flavours and textures, and modern cooking techniques.
