The Role
- Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Help develop seasonal à la carte menus and daily specials
- Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation
- Lead, motivate and mentor a small team of chefs
- Ensure smooth service during busy periods
- Maintain high food hygiene and health & safety standards
About You
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or an ambitious Junior Sous Chef ready to step up
- Passion for fresh, seasonal food and quality ingredients
- Calm, organised and able to perform under pressure
- Creative with excellent attention to detail
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and own transport are essential due to the rural location if not taking the live-in accommodation.
