Senior IFA Administrator to provide first-class Adviser and client support.

This hybrid role suits someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working closely with Advisers, and delivers exceptional client service throughout the full advice journey.

The Role

  • Manage new leads, prospects and client records.
  • Prepare compliance packs, meeting documentation and review materials.
  • Coordinate Adviser diaries, client meetings and follow-up actions.
  • Act as a key client contact, ensuring timely, professional communication.
  • Maintain AML, fee agreements, risk profiles and Fact Finds.
  • Support Paraplanners with case preparation and suitability report documentation.
  • Pre-populate applications and monitor client platform cash levels.
  • Liaise with providers and internal teams to progress cases smoothly.
  • Review, edit and upload meeting notes.
  • Team Support & Development
  • Contribute to weekly team meetings and track agreed actions.
  • Provide updates on case progress and highlight potential issues.
  • Support high-value new business cases.
  • Attend client meetings when required.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development aligned with your progression plan.

About You

  • Experience in financial services administration or Adviser support.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.
